Member Code of Conduct
The watch trade has always run on trust and a handshake. This network exists to protect that. Every member agrees to these nine principles when they join.
No counterfeits, replicas or “frankenwatches.” Disclose every non-original part, aftermarket modification, polish and service. If you aren’t sure a piece is right, say so before you sell it.
Know exactly who you got every piece from, and be ready to say so. Only trade watches you legally own or are authorized to sell — never anything stolen, lost or reported missing. If a source raises questions, stop and tell us.
Photos, condition, year, box and papers — exactly as they are. No hiding flaws, no stock images passed off as your own, no surprises when the box is opened.
Only swipe right if you actually have the piece. Once a price and terms are agreed, honor them. No re-trading, no backing out because a better offer came in.
Don’t offer watches you don’t have in hand, and don’t pass deals down a chain of middlemen. If you’re not holding it, you’re not selling it — deal direct, dealer to dealer.
Send deposits and balances when agreed. Ship insured, pack properly and share tracking. If something delays you, tell the other dealer right away.
Deal threads, inventory, pricing and member details are private. Don’t screenshot or forward them, and don’t share access with anyone outside the network.
Negotiate hard, but fairly. No harassment, threats, abusive language or poaching another dealer’s clients through the platform. We are colleagues before we are competitors.
Leave reviews based only on real dealings. No fake, paid or retaliatory reviews, and no pressuring others to change theirs.
Every report is reviewed by our team, not an algorithm. The response depends on how serious the issue is.
Serious violations can skip straight to removal. Final decisions are made by Mazal & Bracha. This Code is part of our Terms of Service.
If a member breaks these principles, report it in confidence. Every report is reviewed by our team and handled discreetly.
